Audacieuse: Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to your use of the Platform (KiEo and GanitSy), your KiEo storefront, and all content, products, and data you make available through the Platform. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
We may update this AUP as legal requirements and risks evolve.
1. Prohibited products and services
You must not list, sell, or facilitate the sale of:
- Illegal goods or services, or anything whose sale is restricted or banned under Indian law without the required licences/registrations.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories where restricted.
- Drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, and related paraphernalia; prescription-only medicines without authorisation.
- Tobacco, vaping, and similar products where restricted, and alcohol without the required licences.
- Counterfeit, replica, or infringing goods, or goods that violate intellectual property rights.
- Adult/sexual services, CSAM, and any content that sexualises minors (zero tolerance, see §3).
- Wildlife, endangered species, and products derived from them; human body parts or fluids.
- Stolen goods, devices or tools primarily for fraud, hacking, or circumventing security.
- Financial products, securities, lending, gambling/betting, lotteries, crypto exchange services, and similar regulated activities without the required authorisations.
- Hazardous, recalled, or unsafe products; counterfeit medicines; misbranded food or cosmetics.
- Any product requiring a licence/registration (e.g. FSSAI for food, BIS, drug licences) that you do not hold.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Engage in fraud, deceptive pricing, fake reviews, bait-and-switch, or misleading claims.
- Infringe intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights.
- Send spam or unlawful marketing; violate communication/consent laws.
- Upload malware, or probe, scan, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or others' data.
- Circumvent usage limits, metering, or access controls; resell or sublicense the Platform except as permitted.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Platform except as allowed by law.
- Use the Platform to build a competing product, or for benchmarking without our consent.
- Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content, or to impersonate others.
3. Prohibited content
You must not publish or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, that incites violence, that is harmful to minors, or that is otherwise objectionable under applicable law, including content prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it. Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
4. Your compliance responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring your store, products, claims, labelling, pricing, taxes, and customer dealings comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and E-Commerce Rules, the Legal Metrology Act, sector-specific licensing (FSSAI, BIS, drug licences, etc.), and tax/GST obligations.
5. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate without prior notice: remove or disable content or products, restrict features, suspend or terminate your store or account, retain records, and report to authorities. We will act proportionately and, where practical and lawful, give notice and an opportunity to cure.

To report content or a store that may violate this AUP or the law, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We will act on valid notices in accordance with applicable intermediary obligations and our published timelines.
