Audacieuse: Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and governs subscription plans, billing, AI credits, and cancellations for the Audacieuse Platform, our KiEo (online stores) and GanitSy (GST and accounting) products. It covers what you (the Merchant) pay Audacieuse for the Platform , it does not govern payments between you and your Shoppers.

1. Plans and pricing

1.1 The Platform is offered as two products, each with a free trial and paid plans billed monthly or annually:

  • KiEo, Starter, Growth, and Pro plans.
  • GanitSy, available on its own plans (standalone) or bundled with a KiEo plan.

Current plans, inclusions, and prices for each product (and for bundles) are shown at sign-up and on our pricing page. Annual plans are billed for the year up front.

1.2 Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is charged in addition to the listed price, and a GST invoice is issued for each payment.

1.3 The free trial converts to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. At the end of the trial, if you do not subscribe, your store will be suspended or downgraded to a free/limited state (reduced features and storage, store may be taken offline). Your data is retained as described in §9.

2. Auto-renewal

2.1 Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, using your authorised payment method via our payment processor (e.g. Razorpay), until you cancel. Material price increases will be notified at least 30 days in advance (see §8); continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

2.2 By subscribing you authorise us (through our processor) to charge the recurring fee on each renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time (see §5).

2.3 Failed payments. If a charge fails, we will attempt to retry for up to 7 days and notify you of the failure. If payment is not received within 7 days of the first failed attempt, we may suspend or downgrade your account. We will notify you before suspension.

3. Plan changes

3.1 Upgrades take effect immediately; we may charge a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.

3.2 Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Features and limits of the lower plan apply from then. Your data will not be deleted because of a downgrade; data that exceeds the lower plan's limits remains in your account but may be view-only (not editable) until you upgrade again or reduce usage.

4. AI credits

4.1 What a credit is. AI features are metered in credits. 1 credit = 1,000 tokens of AI processing. Each generation deducts credits based on the AI model used (a per-model multiplier applies) and the length of the request and response, with a minimum of 1 credit per billable action. A "billable action" means each AI generation or request you submit to a metered AI feature.

4.2 Monthly allowance. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month and does not carry over to the next month.

4.3 Top-up (extra) credits. You may buy additional credits in fixed packs. Purchased credits are used only after your monthly allowance is exhausted, and do not expire.

4.4 Prepaid and non-refundable. Credit purchases are one-time, prepaid, and non-refundable once the credits are added to your account. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.

4.5 Credits on termination. If we terminate or suspend your account because of a breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, any unused purchased credits are forfeited and non-refundable. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the value of your unused purchased credits to your original payment method. The monthly allowance is never refundable (it is part of the plan).

4.6 Free features. The AI Search Health audit and the llms.txt generator do not consume credits.

4.7 Out of credits. When your allowance and purchased credits are exhausted, metered AI features are unavailable until your allowance resets or you buy more credits.

4.8 Credit prices are in INR and exclusive of GST; applicable GST is added at purchase.

5. Cancellation

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

5.2 Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. At the end of that period, your store is downgraded to a free/limited state (where available) or suspended, and may go offline. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the period (see §6.1). You will have 30 days after suspension to export your store data (see §9) before it may be deleted.

6. Refunds

6.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable. Except where a refund is required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or features not used. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. If a service failure materially impairs your use of the Platform, contact [email protected] to discuss any remediation you may be entitled to under law.

6.2 AI credits are non-refundable once added, except as stated in §4.5 (termination without cause).

6.3 If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected]; we will review in good faith.

7. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of GST; applicable GST is charged on top of the listed fees and shown on your tax invoice. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your use of the Platform other than taxes on our net income. Provide accurate GST/business details for correct invoicing.

8. Changes

We may change plans, inclusions, credit rates, packs, and prices prospectively. Material changes to recurring fees will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you may cancel at any time before then.

9. Data after cancellation

For 30 days after cancellation or termination, you may export your store data from your account settings at no additional charge. After that window, data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law (e.g. GST invoices).
