These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Confident MeAI’s website and services. Confident MeAI is a DPIIT-certified startup and a division of Audacieuse AI Innovations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Services

We provide AI Chatbots, Custom AI Workflows, App Building, and related technology solutions for business clients.

3. Data Lifecycle and Compliance

You acknowledge that your use of our AI services involves the collection, processing, and storage of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with the DPDP Act, 2023, and expect clients to ensure their own compliance when submitting or processing personal data through our services.

4. Intellectual Property

• Output Ownership: All deliverables, content, and outputs created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement become your property upon full payment.
• Core Logic Ownership: The underlying software, algorithms, models, and proprietary methods (“Core Logic”) remain the exclusive property of Confident MeAI and Audacieuse AI Innovations. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Core Logic solely as part of the delivered solution.

5. AI Output Disclaimer & No-Warranty Clause

• Our services may integrate large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, or similar.
• No Warranty: All AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations, and you use such outputs at your own risk.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confident MeAI and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
